How it Works

Buyers TEXT MESSAGE an agent's Listing ID (e.g. JACOBDEAN50) to a SHORT PHONE NUMBER (e.g. 32075) to receive listing information. When the text message is sent the agent receives an email that includes the buyers phone number and the property information that was requested. All Buyer information is then stored in a custom built CRM for the agent to review at a later date and time.

 

STEP 1:
Create an account with Jacob Dean - Mortgage, Inc.. Account creation is handled by the staff at Jacob Dean - Mortgage, Inc., once your account has been created, a loan officer will be assigned as your Account Manager and will contact you with the next steps.

 

STEP 2:
Once your account has been created and your information has been uploaded to our server, add your marketing code to Signs and Promotional Material for that particular property. Our application has been designed to be easily integrated into any form of advertising. The Application is uniquely positioned to enable the user to track once static forms of advertising, like newspapers and other marketing tools.

 

STEP 3:
Prospects see your code and send a text message requesting information. Information is not only limited to property information and pictures, you may also like to include useful links to mortgage providers or a link to a particular service industry partner, like home inspectors that you have a working relationship with.

 

STEP 4:
Generate leads, maximize your customers advertising dollars and improve customer service. The built in CRM module allows the account holder to view in great detail all the activity for their listing. The application allows for reports to be download and printed an in turn passed back to the customer for review.
